We are buyer brokers, never representing sellers on the buy side, we will list a sellers home and put it in the MLS for a flat fee. We offer our clients the fiduciary duties of confidentiality, loyalty, obedience, accounting and reasonable skill and care – never getting into “dual agency” situations, showing a wider array of homes, with no home showing biases – and providing the best home buyer representation in the industry.

We’ll tell you the bad things about the homes we show. Any agent can tell you wonderful things about a house you are interested in buying. but being on your side means informing you of any negatives, as well as the positives. We believe this not only prepares you for your purchase, but also  gives you a better bargaining position when it comes time to buy a home.
