Mr Helms has over forty years experience in real estate including residential brokerage, commercial brokerage, residential and commercial development. He became a licensed commercial and residential builder in the state of Tennessee in 1960. He has built houses, schools,churches, apartment houses, and other commercial buildings He became a Real Estate Broker in 1973 in the state of Tennessee. He has owned, built and managed apartment houses, motels, and shopping centers. He owned an over night rental Company in Gatlinburg that managed over one hundred cabins and chalets. He currently owns and manages his own office building at 6515 Clinton Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37912.
